It is our desire to ensure maximum satisfaction to our customers, so, if for some reasons you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 15 working days from the delivery date of your order. Baloo gioielli s.r.l. will send a courier at the shipping address shown at our disposal at our expense.

Substitutions may instead be carried out exclusively for size changes.


Ensuring compliance and defective products

Products purchased on site are subject to the protocol on the sale of the consumer goods. The delivered products comply with the online features described in the relevant technical data sheets. Baloo gioielli s.r.l is liable to the customer for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. In this case you can return the product within 15 wortking days from the delivery date of your order. Baloo gioielli s.r.l. will send a courier at the shipping address shown at our disposal at our expense.

They are however totally warranty excludes damage resulting from improper use, accidents, natural alterations or resulting from wearing resulting from normal use of the jewel.


After our warehouse receives the returned products and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the acceptance of the return. The time for repayment depends on the method of payment used: for the purchase with a debit card or credit card the company will credit the total amount directly on the card that has been used for the payment within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods ( the time required to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the card); for the purchase with PayPal the refund will be visible within 24 hours after receiving our e-mail of confirmation. For purchases by bank transfer, the company will credit the total amount to the bank account from which the transfer was issued. In case of payment on delivery the customer, on the refund request,  must indicate a bank account number on which credit the amount spent.

Return procedure

To ask for a refund you just need to:

1. Log in your account on > once you carried out the access to the control panel

2. Click on > order history and details  here a page will open with the order history

3. Select the order at issue, tick the box that indicates the product you want to return and follow the instructions giving an explanation about the return.

 4. Once provided the explanation of the return you will just need to click on Create RMA note.

You will receive an email with the authorization for the return with the instructions to follow. The email will contain a document to be printed and to be included in the package, where the details of the return will be listed, and a document to print and affix on the box in order to cover the stickers of the previous shipment (In fact, you can use the same box in which you received the product).  In the email the information about the courier will be included and you will need to set when and how to carry out the picking up. The delivery to the shipping company indicated must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the product. Baloo gioielli s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse refunds communicated or sent after the period prefixed.

The product will have to be returned under the following conditions:

  1. It must not have been used

  2. the package must not show signs of wear, abrasion and scratches

  3. the product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.

The returned items and not accepted will be sent back to the sender.
